Kindloft Air Lift Collar
A gentle neck stretch you own. 15 minutes, sitting up, whenever you want it. No appointment, no floor, no door, and less than one physio follow-up.
✓ Your 15-minute end-of-day reset. At your desk after the last call, on the sofa once the kids are in bed, or on the train home.
✓ Nothing to book, nothing to renew. It's yours, so the stretch is there tomorrow, and the day after.
✓ You're in control. Pump a little at a time, stop at a gentle stretch, release by opening the blue valve clip.
✓ Lifts evenly from your shoulders. Three stacked air rings rise together under your jaw and the base of your skull, for a slow, gentle stretch.

Will it press on my throat?
Not when it's fitted properly. The base rests on your shoulders, and the lift comes under your jaw and the base of your skull. Pump slowly and stop at a gentle stretch. If you feel any pressure on your throat, release it and refit it using the guide.
Will it fit me?
Kindloft is one size with an adjustable fastening, and is designed to fit most adults. It stands about 20 cm tall when fully inflated, and our fit guide takes a minute. If it doesn't fit you comfortably, send it back.
Does it replace my physio?
No. If you've been given exercises, keep doing them. Kindloft is for the days in between, alongside the advice you've been given.
Can I sleep in it?
No. It's designed for 10–20 minute sessions, sitting up.
What if it won't hold air?
Most leaks come from a valve that isn't fully closed, and the guide shows exactly how to seal it. If it still won't hold air, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.
An honest note: we're new
Kindloft has just launched, so we don't have reviews to show you yet, and we won't borrow anyone else's.
What we can offer instead is this: try it for 30 days, and if it isn't for you, send it back. You can be one of the first people to tell us what you think.
Why the relief you pay for keeps wearing off
The physio, the osteo, the massage: most of it helps. For a while. Then it fades, and you book again.
Here's why. Almost everything you've tried happens to you, somewhere else, by appointment: an hour, maybe less, in someone else's care. Then you go home to the other 167 hours of your week: the laptop on the kitchen table, the head tipped over a screen, the school run, the sofa.
How the Sit-Up Air Lift works
If you've ever had physio for your neck, you may have been put on a traction machine: a device that gently lifts your head upward, taking some of the weight off your neck. Clinical guidance recommends using traction alongside other approaches, such as exercise, rather than on its own.
Kindloft puts a gentle version of that idea into something you can use at home:
- Three stacked air rings rest on your shoulders and rise evenly as you pump.
- A hand pump, like a blood-pressure cuff: squeeze, pause, squeeze. You decide how far it goes.
- A blue valve clip on the tube: close it to hold the air, open it to let the air out in a second, whenever you want to stop.
People describe the feeling in simple words: lighter, looser, a gentle stretch. The feeling is temporary, which is exactly why Kindloft is designed to be used again tomorrow.
How to use it

Fit it. Sit upright. Place the collar so the base rests on your shoulders, then fasten it.

Pump slowly. A few squeezes at a time. Stop the moment you feel a gentle stretch. It should never feel painful, and never tight on your throat. Then close the blue valve clip to hold the air.
Relax, then release. 10–20 minutes, then open the blue valve clip and let the air out.
Your first week with Kindloft
This is a routine, not a results timeline. We don't promise what will happen by day 7, because no honest company can.
Who Kindloft is for

- People who've tried the pillows, the sessions and the stretches, and want something gentle they can do themselves.

What Kindloft isn't
It isn't a cure, and it isn't a replacement for your GP or physio. The stretch feels good while you use it, and the feeling is temporary. The difference is that you don't have to book it or pay for it again. You just use it again.
More questions
Won't supporting my neck make the muscles lazy?
Kindloft isn't a brace you wear all day. It's a 10–20 minute stretch, and then it comes off. Keep doing any exercises you've been given.
Is it hard to pump?
It's a hand bulb, so it takes some squeezing. How many depends on your fit and how much stretch you want. Go slowly. If your hands are stiff or weak, you may want someone to help you pump it up. Letting it down is just a matter of opening the blue valve clip.
Will it get hot?
Sessions are short, and the flocked cover is soft against your skin. To clean the cover, brush it gently with a soft-bristled brush dipped in a little water. Don't soak it, machine-wash it or scrub hard.
Can I use it at my desk or when travelling?
Yes. Sit upright, keep it to a gentle stretch, and set a timer so you don't forget it's on. Deflated, it folds into a bag.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China. They're dispatched within 1–3 working days and usually arrive in 6–10 working days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How do returns work?
Email us at hello@kindloft.co.uk within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you the return address. Once the collar is back with us, we refund the full product price. Return postage is paid by you.
Is Kindloft a medical device?
No. Kindloft is designed for comfort and relaxation. It isn't a medical treatment and doesn't replace advice from your GP or physio.
