Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery is free on every order, with tracking.
Where your order ships from
Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and usually arrive in 6–10 working days. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after dispatch.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. For orders up to £135, UK VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout, so there are no customs charges or extra fees when your parcel arrives.
If your parcel is late or lost
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, or tracking hasn't updated for 10 working days, email us at hello@kindloft.co.uk. We'll look into it with the carrier and, if your parcel is lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
